一直在沉默期，当然就不可能从这里发布消息。所以，更“保险”的消息是从外界来的：

分众传媒(中国)控股有限公司Focus Media Holding Ltd.周二申请透过承销商高盛证券(Asia)与瑞士信贷第一波士顿发行1亿美元初始股。

该公司计划以“FMCN”为股票代码，在纳斯达克上市交易美国存托凭证(American Depositary Receipts, ADR)。—-[新浪]
